Seen this on "The Lab with Leo" he was asked:

SAVING FLASH VIDEOS

Q::How do I save flash videos to my hard drive?

Bill
South Haven, MI

There are several ways to do this. If you have a url for the video, use the site www.vixy.net or www.mux.am to grab and save the video. There are plug-ins for Firefox and Internet Explorer that will do the same thing.

Just to make it clear, say you go to YouTube and you see a cool flash video grab the url address in the address bar and paste it into one of these site, they will convert it to a file format of your choosing and send you an email so you can download it.
