I have just received a price increase commencing next month from AAPT,,I have flat rate capped . This is just over  ten dollar increase . Includes 512K broadband with 12 gb download and no excess usage charges..It covers all my phone calls etc . The costs is now $108.90..was $97.95  Not being familiar with other setuups like this I wondered if this was a good rate...I am happy to stay with them but wanted to make sure I am not being ripped off...Not necessarily looking for the cheapest setup, but need a reliable  one.. Like I said have no worries with AAPT, just making sure I'm getting a good rate..

Based on their site I would say the answer is no.

And other carriers have even better deals.
