Answer:

















Two moves each, or four moves And here's how, according to my expert(O'Sure Himelf):

BLACK: 2 MOVES AND CHECKMATES.   

 
 
White moves first------
     King's bishop's pawn out 1 space
 
Black moves---
     Kings pawn out 2 spaces
 
White's second move ------
     "King's Knight's" pawn 2 spaces
 
Black's second and last move ----
      Queen to "Black King's Rook's" 3rd spot (the edge of the board)
    and Checkmate!
