Getmega Site NewsStarting in May, Management (Yvonne, Andrew, Jimbob, Tassie, and myself) will be starting a weekly (If possible) video podcast. The video podcast will be based on Computer Security, Hardware replacement and common troubleshooting solutions as well as Microsoft Office, there may also be a weekly member question-answering segment too; eventually.
The primary testing has been done to see whether it was achievable, we did have some glitches but with practice it should get smoother. As we all don't live in the same States, the segments are made separately and then combined into a somewhat coherent podcast.
The podcast is expected to run about 80MB in size (we will compress it as small as we can for our dial up members) and in several formats and can be download from a new Front Page being developed by Andrew for this site. Yvonne will be the new video presenter "Intros only" (when available, we may need to find an assistant, current members may apply to
podcast@getmega.com, don't worry it's scripted) and each podcast will consist of five segments, segment names, graphics are also in development as we speak but will be kept under wraps until the first video podcast is released.

- Hardware: How to install Memory & Routers and Securing your WiFi (2 Segments)
- Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word Tables - What's that all about!
