Eset security suite

Has anyone else had trouble updating Eset3.0.684 to 4? I've had to go back to using Eset3... as the new one would not open my Google home page, Hotmail or Gmail and computer crashed as well
I'm apparently in the 2% of users that this has happened to. How lucky can one be!!!

I have never had any problems, go and download the Eset Smart Security 4 then disconnect from the net, uninstall any firewall software then your Nod32 3, you may need to reboot a couple of times.
Now install Eset Smart Security (Nod32) and add you Username and Password then reboot, then connect to the net and update the current software, don't alter the default settings.
Post back with any problems

Hi Neon
thank you for your reply. I'm not brave enough to do that as the Eset security support person said there is a now known bug in the application which they are working on and hope to have fixed and the updated one out in a couple of weeks. I was advised to go back to 3 but thank you again for your knowledge share and help.
