wondering what iam doing wrong, when I run ad-aware if it finds something I have hit the quarentine button but nothing happens & when I go to close I get the message that there are unhandled objects do you still want to finish, can't find anything in their help file relating to this

Sounds like your not giving it enough time to complete it's task, I've notice that this version does take longer to do it's thing.

Hi neon, well I gave it a good 5 mins. last night, still the same message would you advise a new install as I haven't seen anyone else with this prob?

All I can suggest is to uninstall it delete the Lavasoft folder then reinstall.

well I uninstalled & deleted folder re-installed still the same results

Hi Chloe,

After Ad-Aware has finished scanning you will notice above the words Scan Results there are 3 tabs, - 1st is Critical Objects, - usually (0),  2nd - Privacy Objects - mine found (11) and 3rd Log file.

I found you have to delete or quarantine 1st & 2nd tabs separately. 

If you dont delete BOTH sections you get that message 'There are unhandled objects. Do you still want to finish'
