Hi Again
I have Vista HP.  I had to renew my Spy Sweeper so I called to renew and went with 3 years this time since I finally got it in which it was giving me problems to download I called and they told me that I have a virus which I have clean so many times and when I ran it again after several hours trying to get Spy Sweeper in I ran my Comodo, Avast, & Malwarebytes  and it say no viruses.  I told them that but they still telling me I have a virus I had no problems until I put the Spy Sweeper in.  I'm thinking of calling them to cancel my order.  You said that Spy Sweeper was a good program to keep it so I did I'm not blaming anyone I just want this problem solve.  Do you think if I called them and ask for the Disk then put in my Acct number that they gave me for the added of 3 years that it would work.  Is there any other way that I can run on my computer to get rid of virus or whatever I have.  Oh I did forget I have RegCure also ran that several times.  I hope that I am making sense to all of this trying to get this problem taken care of any suggestion is there a site that I can go to get it all out of my computer without taking my computer in.
Thank you for listening.  Oh When I run Spy Sweeper and it says that I have a low virus from double clicking so I put a check mark and hit quarantine but it will just freeze and have to reboot.

Where is it saying that it is located in your computer? And what is it saying the name of this virus is?

Hi
Sorry I wasn't here to answer questions I had to get away from the computer for awhile what happen is that I called them to renew my Spy Sweeper my husband said to get it for 3 years so that is what I did and they sent me the site in my e-mail to download it wouldn't do it at first.  I went to there site and talk to a person and said that I probably have a virus but everything was fine on the computer until I tried to download so what I did was run another all my comodo, Malwarebytes and avast no virus mention at all so what I did was try again after several hours working with this I finally got it in which I was happy but then I ran Spy sweeper to check and then I had a virus from which wasn't bad virus so I put a check mark in the box and sent it to my quarantine but it wouldn't work.  So what I'm asking is that should I call them again and see if they will send me the disk and but in my acct. # they gave me?  Or should I take it out totally but does spy sweeper have a file to make sure that I got rid of it totally.  I'm at lost with this and I'm sure you are I'm not a good explainer I have called them but to talk personally with a rep it was over an hour by phone but they could hook me up to tech right away for a cost then it could cost me more if they said I have a virus but they gave me the virus which of course they will not say so.

Just take it off (don't renew it) and keep Malwarebytes and run it at least once a week, it's a real good program anyway.

Just to make sure you don't have a virus go to Trend Micro’s HouseCall it installs a small plug in that will scan your computer for viruses.
