Windows 7 is easy, Click the Start button and type Snipping Tool in the search box there, a little Window should open call Snipping Tool, next where it say's "New" there is a drop down arrow, click it and select Full-screen snip, then all you need to do is click the little floppy disc type icon to save the file.
