neonwizard this is turning into a bit of a mystery.
My existing one is also saying its a 30 day version and I downloaded it shortly after your first post.
Any ideas please?

Hard to go back to the Free once your had the Pro version, You most likely have programs on your system that already do most of the Glary Utilities Free Version tasks so no real need to download it.

Hello neonwizard I was perplexed about this and emailed Glarysoft because I did download it and activate it within the time limit shortly after your first post. Having established that I had done it correctly they provided me with the Pro version. I was really chuffed - restores my faith in the human race. pinkcloud |

I wrote that I did download it and activate it within the time limit. I had downloaded it to my desktop and still had the zip file which showed the date/time I had downloaded it and then the time I had accessed it to activate it. I thought Glarysoft were really good about it, some of these firms just don't want to know. pinkcloud |
