I downloaded a song, Avril Lavigne's girlfriend and it's there in my purchased folder. In the library bit I can click on the songs that the program found on my computer and play them but I can't play the one I purchased. What am I doing wrong? It does say the song is explicit but I do not have any parental bars that stop me from playing. Help?
all I did was click on the buy album button. It looked like it was downloading, and now it is in the purchased folder. It says I have downloaded it. Are you supposed to then do something? This is my first time
thanks

It should be added automatically to your music folder

yep it's in there. I just can't play it. I click on the others in the same itune list (from my computer) and I can play them fine.
I read the help and none of it applies to me. Does anyone know why? I might try downloading another song. Maybe it was that one.

ok I can play the next song so it was either cos I got confused and clicked on it as it was downloading (most likely) or something to do with it being explicit.

Ok I'm no expert on this so I'll tell you what I do, after I buy a song I click the purchased folder and it asks for my password again I fill it in then play the song.
