Hello All.
I would like to save my emails onto a CD or Flash Drive , I'm using MS Office Outlook 2007.
I had lossed quite a few when my motherboard died I don't want to loose anymore.

Highlight the email you wish to save, click on file/save as and then you can choose to save it to a flash drive. Or you can just drag and drop.

eddee,
might be a good Idea before saving your Emails to Disk etc. to create a few New Folders on the Disk, to save your Emails too.
Open Disk, on left click "make a new Folder", name it Friends etc., make another Folder, and name it Accounts, etc.etc.etc.
Save As, or drag your highlighted Emails to those named Folders, click on "View" in each Folder and select "Arange Icons by... Name, etc. of your Choice
when finished click on "Write these Files to CD" on left hand Side, and wait until finished.
don't forgert to "Write these Files to CD" each Time you add New Emails to your named Folders.
