Earlier I posted a link to a LAN Speed Test program here so i thought I would test it out.

Both attachments are via my Vmware Windows 7 to my Mac Pro over my Gigabit network, the first attachment is 100mb test file the second 1000mb (1gig) test file.

The last test isn't exactly a true reading as it was on the same computer but in Vmware soI did another test using two computers, results below.
