Am thinking of getting a refurbished laptop in the coming months, anyone had any bad experiences with this? Hope to get one that the gkids can play games on as this old xp desktop isnt up to it, apart from the small flash games.....and what sort of specification should I go for? Big request I know, but thought you guys are the best to ask....

Laptops are pretty under powered ... I wouldn't go for one as it would cost you a lot more to get a lot less than a re-ferbished desktop machine.
