I  am getting some junk mail in my junk  mail folder
The sender has my mail address and sent to  me at the same addy (from bawen to bawen, it is only myself and hubby in this house) how does this  happen
If I add it to my blocked senders list will  that affect my mail in any way, I have a huge blocked senders list atm
Otherwise how can I stop this without changing our  addy, have tried that and the  new one did  not work very well and it was a bit complicated to set up so I deleted it

Don't do anything except deleting it, this is a spammers trick. Your Junk Mail Folder is doing the right thing for you.

Best bet is to sign up with Gmail so all spam and junk gets trapped there then you can add your email addresses to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" setting in gmail, next all you have to do is to make a gmail account in you email client.

After this your email should be mostly free of spam.
