Thanks so much for the Link Neon,
according to it I have all the .dll's in the right Place, but will check out next,
"Ultimate versions , install Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP mode "
(Have about 90% of the Plugins working in Psp. 9, which I used with XP pro., but only about 60% show up in Psp.XIII)
I have high Hopes, but will read up on the Virtual PC, and Wind.XP mode Suggestion first before installing.
Will let you know.

Thanks again for the Help Neon Wizard,
In order to install "Windows Virtual PC, and Windows XP mode", as suggested in your Link, had to  first enable Virtualization in BIOS.
Seemed strange to have the 2 OS's sharing one PC, I did not find it very useful as far as Psp. Plugins are concerned, and having to worry about regular Updates, Security etc.  on "XP Mode" as well, so I reverted back to just running Win7, but can't help thinking now I did not give it enough Time to play around with it, I might just have missed something?

After reading more about Windows Windows Virtual PC I think getting Fusion VMware and a copy of Windows XP (has to be a retail copy) would be a simpler

Thanks Neon Wizard for the Suggestion, might work out a bot to expensive though!
I have delved into  "Microsoft XP Mode, and Virtual PC"  a bit further today, and learned a bit more about it, one can not "drag and drop" from Win 7 to XP Mode, but one can "copy and paste", most likely will give it another go after my Spring Cleaning is done.

Neon,
Further to Windows XP Mode, and Windows Virtual PC, which I am running with Windows 7 now.
Working out great for Psp. 9, and its Plugins at least. (just have more Updating, and Maintenance to do)
As for Windows 7, still leaves a lot to be desired, but with the Help of a FM Patcher I can see most of the Corel XIII Plugins now.

Good that PSP9 & plugins are still useable, isn't there any replacement programs out there that you could move too?

There might be Neon, but the "Circles" I move in, all use PSP to create Stationary, and Graphics, and all face the same Dilemma with Win 7.
I believe most Moderators , and Managers of Psp Groups, (which b.t.w. also belong to the Intelligentsia, very much like our  own Managers, and Moderators in aussiecommunityhelpdesk) would have  discovered
a Solution, or Replacement Program which is more Compatible with Win 7.
The way I have it set up now, (4 frustrating Weeks later) is not all bad, but Bill Gates could have designed Win 7 as convenient as in XP for us Psp'ers.
Thanks again for the Link which was very helpful.

Yeah I have to agree that Microsoft has made a bit of a balls-up with 7 with some of the features that worked fine with XP and have just cast them off rather than keep them ...

I really think 7 is a great advancement with some new features but I also think they tossed out many excellent functions into the TOO HARD BASKET when they released 7 ...

For example then you try run an autorun.ini file from a USB it won't allow the option to start now and only way to start an executable from USB is to access the root of the drive and start it from there ...

They see an INI file as a security risk so rather than fix it they discard it ..... I might be looking at a MAC soon
