I hope I can explain a problem I have with forwarding emails to friends etc

If I forward an email it shows up as an attachment instead of going into the body of the email,  so it gets sent with all the crap and other addresses in  it
I usually edit all my emails taking out  all the addresses etc before sending them on but I am unable to edit them now
I must have done something to change the settings but cannot find where to fix the problem. Can someone guide me please
I am using win7 with Office 2007

I can not make out wich Mail Handler you are using in Win7- Office 2007
if you are using Office 7 Microsoft Outlook, (which I don't use) to change the Setting should be similar to
Windows Life Mail,
and Windows Mail, as it used to be in Outlook Express

Tools--Options-- Send Tab as in Screenshot, click Apply before OK after changing Settings,
when clicking on Forward now, just highlight any unwanted Addresses and Delete before sending.
Ps.
added how to in MS.Outlook Screenshot on bottom

I have looked at your screenshot  and  have changed it back, all ok now
I dont usually go into changing settings  very much so if they get changed, I am not sure how it happened or how to fix it
Thanks  again
