I have a folder that I created on my desktop
I want to send to a friend by email using MS Outlook
But I am having trouble with it it will not show up in the email
I right clicked on the folder but in the email Microsoft said it blocked access to the unsafe attachment, there is no attachment in the mail when I looked
It is not unsafe as I created it
Anyone know what I an doing wrong
I have done this before but not on this computer
I have WIN 7 and using MS Outlook for my mail
thanks

Have you tried compressing it? Right click the folder and select "Sent to" then "Compressed (zipped) folder" then send the zipped folder as the attachment.

XP was the first to come out with .ZIP built in and other 3rd party programs can be installed like WinZip, WinRAR, or free 7Zip ... most people today know how to use them.
