Is there a step-by-step tutorial showing how to secure your network please?

Ok I just had a look at your manual and have found the security settings for the Wi-Fi and the Access to the Web Interface.
1. In your web browser type: 192.168.2.1
A little window should pop up asking for a username and password, the defaults are:
Username: admin
Password: 1234 (this you'll need to change later as it's not safe)
2. Now you should see the Web Interface, you need to click on "Interface Setup" then "Wireless"
You should see SSID: default (default is the name the company has as a temporary name, you can change this to something you will remember better later as you will need this when you log on to a Wi-Fi laptop or Wi-Fi desktop)
Next using the drop down arrow next to "Authentication Type" select WPA-PSK then for "Encryption" select TKIP unless there is one called AES, AES is preferred.
Now for the Pre-Shared Key, this is important, as it's the Key your Laptop or Desktop will ask for access.
Make the Key a mix of numbers, letters, characters, (@#$% etc.) Make should to write this down you'll need to keep this safe somewhere
Now that the Wi-Fi Secured, if you see a "Save" button click it
3. Now you need the change the admin password, click "Maintenance" just enter a new password (mix of numbers, letters, charters (@#$% etc.) Make should to write this down you'll need to keep this safe somewhere) then click "Save."
I hope this is what you are after Rhea

Neon,
Many thanks for your reply. Tried to follow your instructions this morning but could not get passed No.2 on your list.
I get onto interface setup then wireless then I get the attached screenshot where I can't go anywhere.
Must be doing something wrong! Help please!

Neon,
Just found out that I should click the top of the page which in turn takes me to SSID.
Thanks,

The screen shot is weird "No Graphics" might be better to do the changes using Internet Explorer instead of using Firefox.

Many thanks Neon. Used IE. Everything went well and now have my desktop and laptop working on a secured network.
