Well .... back to the grind ... 

Had a great trip and saw parts of Thailand I have not seen before ...

The first 3 weeks was up country and didn't talk English for the time I was there .... my Thai isn't that fluent but I managed to get by ...

The last week was in Pattaya with heaps of tourists and caught up with a couple of mates (also slept in a bed rather than a mat on a tile floor. )

We attended a funeral in Ubon and saw the biggest mango tree I have ever seen ...  Shocked

Had some trouble with some really nasty customs officials at Kuala Lumpur as we changed planes there ... will consider flying direct and paying a bit more next time rather than deal with  Malaysian officials ...
