Hello Group , my problem is microsoft office  one note opens occasionaly when i am on the net ,

windows vista , IE 7

Open OneNote click File then Options then Display uncheck "Place OneNote icon in the notification area of the taskbar". Reboot computer

OneNote should be disabled now until you need it.

It could be an Add on in Internet explorer. I don't have IE7 installed but I did find this:
http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/ht/disableie7addon.htm use this to disable any reference to Onenote in IE

thanks , i am still having the same problem , i have disabled all add on's and active x,
