Just found out that my Mother's Bank Card was used on a machine that had a Card Skinner attached, once my heart restarted and my sences came back I then realised the Bank employee on the phone said that no bad activity was detected on the card but it was deactivated because it had be swiped on a compromised machine, now need to wait about seven days for a new card.

Apparently the Bank sends you a txt message (Mum didn't have her phone listed with the Bank) or send you a letter via small mail (arrives about five days after the incident)

Now I know for a fact that her Card was only used at Bank ATMs or big Retail Shops which is worrying.

these card  skimmers should be banned, and the uses  should be shot
