I help some people who are in aged care to use computers - mainly for email and Skype.  My latest 'student' is aged 99 with a very bright mind.  But she has major difficulties in using the mouse - even with using her 'spare' hand to hold the mouse using hand steady.  I did try a trackball with a different person, but it wasn't really suitable either.  Does anyone here have any suggestions on how i may help this dear lady??

If it's mainly Email and Skype then Touch screen would be one way to go in the future but for now have a look here http://www.disabledonline.com/products/disabled-online-store/keyboardsmice/ergonomic-mice/mouse-button-box/

Thanks for that Neon.  A site like that is just what I needed.  There is another chap out here who is much younger but with major physical disabilities so I'll give him the addy too.
