Hi can someone please help. I have a Panasonic High Def. Mobile camera no. HM-TA1  I have installed the software but when I try to use it I get a message saying remove the write protection from volume in Drive "F" I cannot find how to do this has anyone else done this.

Make sure the SD Card isn't locked
