Re the above fault.
I have found the cause and the remedy.
It was caused by a residue file from Little Snitch.
I searched the computer and couldn't find any reference to Little Snitch.
Remedy: Down Loaded another copy of LS, set all setting to "off", then trashed LS.
It there is any residue it is not effecting PhotoShop.
Just thought you might be interested.

Cool, thanks for letting me know
You may want to have a look at
AppCleaner
it will remove the APP and all the other files that are associated with that APP to the Trash, just Trashing an APP doesn't do this.
