Hi I have just re installed Google Chrome but cannot make it my default browser,in the options/basic
Make Google Chrome my default browser is grayed out with the following underneath.
Google Chrome cannot determine or set the default browser.
Any ideas

Try this way, Control Panel then open Add and Remove, in here click Set Program Access and Defaults then Custom click the little drop down arrow choose Google Chrome under "Choose a default Web browser, you'll see some stuff happening but Google Chrome should now be your default browser.
