Has anyone heard of or used a program called "DropMyRights" it is stated that it increases security of XP, would appreciate your remarks.

Hi Neon Wizard if you find anything else about this program can you let me know if it would be worth installing, I am only a home computer user, this being my hobby. I too live in South Australia. Windows Pro XP.

I think if you use a limited user account for you day to day internet browsing you would be just as safe without having to install more software, but that said no harm in try it you can always uninstall it if it not what you need.
