I keep getting the blue screen, it closes down & restarts my comp every few minutes; I have deleted programs that I think are problems but still is does it
I am using Window 7 & I see that you can restore the comp back to the original factory settings, Is this a good idea.

PS  Its only a new laptop.

I tried to send an attachment (Doc showing the fault) but it said it was to big. as I am going away for a few days I will have to leave it till I get back.

found the problem, I installed McAfee anti virus that I got free with the new laptop,its icon darted around the desktop every time it rebooted, so I deleted it & its working fine now,anyone ever heard of that problem before?
