Trying to Uninstall a program (smart keyboard) some thing to do with Netropa ticker, whatever that is, but it come with this message,
"Unable to locate the installation log file"c:\program files\netropa\smart keyboard\uninst: uninstallation will not continue"
What can I do do get rid of it?

Do you have the disc that came with the Keyboard? If so install the keyboard software over the top of the current software then try uninstalling it again

No, still does not want to uninstall, the uninstall wizard just hangs there. Have to reboot to get rid of it.

Just out of interest, and for future reference, I have just noticed that CCleaner, in Tools, has an "uninstall" facility.
Would that have been an option for Lozza (or anyone else who is in a bind with Windows uninstall ) ?
I've got nothing I want to uninstall at present so I don't know if it works or not.

Yes also Hijackthis uses this tool but I don't know if one is better than another you would need to test for yourself

No. That's just a front end for (shortcut to) the Windows Uninstaller.

The best freeware uninstaller is Revo.
