Easy way to bring up Internet Option (this is for your browser) is to click on the Windows Globe then in Search type Option, you'll see Internet Options click it, next click Content then under AutoComplete click Setting, your setting should be the same as mine in the attachment below.

If the globe you refer to is IE then I get the homepage and type in Option in the search and get everything barring Internet Options.  But under Tools I get Internet Options but not the rest you are refering to.     I'm using XP Home

Can you try another browser so as to eliminate the site as the source of the problem
