greetings people got a problem with windows live mail
when i click on the envelope in task bar to go mail a grey box comes up asking for pass word i enter password go to mail do my thing then close windows live mail next time same thing occurs and it is becoming a pain
it onlty started last couple of days
is there any way i can stop it from appearing every time i open mail
all replies appreciated thank you
windows 7 ultimate
avast ccleaner
firefox
windows live mail
if i redone name and password in windows mail
tools . accounts  re add  would that help

click on little Down-arrow in left hand top Corner in  open WLM,
select Options
@Email Account
Properties
have attached a Screenshot,
if you make Changes click Apply before OK.

have been trying to find what was on ur screen shot but to no avail
 cant find down arrow left hand side in open mail just arrow next to the word new
