I am sure this problem has arisen before.
My wife sent me (as an fwd) an email she had received from a friend which contained jpg images . The images were in the body of the email and, I suppose they were what would be called "embedded".
When I received the email, the images were inicated by a red X inside a square in the top left corner of the image rectangle.
My wife uses Winmail, I use Eudora 6. My O/S is Win XP (3) her's is Vista.
I have checked the HTML settings in Winmail and it is ticked for "send pictures with message".
I have tried using OE6 and an alternative hotmail address to receive the email but still with no images incoming.
Where is the problem?

you should be able to view the Images if your Wife forwards Mail with Imag to you in .html Format?

In the Winmail send "Format", HTML is the chosen format and "send pictures with message" is checked but, for whatever reasons, the images do not come through to me.
Although the images are in the body of the email being sent, and are shown as attachments in her original, they do not come through to me showing as attachments although, strangely, they are in the Eudora "attachments" folder. 'Tis a puzzlement??
