i always use firefox and today i updated it , now comes up with a whole lot of addons .
also has the incredibar , how can i get rid of all of this , PLEASE!!!!!!

Now I'm guessing your using Win XP, So click Start then Run and copy and paste this:
firefox -safe-mode
a new windows should appear, set the settings to this (see attachment) the click Make Changes and Restart, this will make the changes permanent.
