I am trying to send a JPG image to Paypal for ID purposes. The scanned image is 2mb and they say it is too large and I need to reduce the size.
I have been unable to find how to do that reduction.
Help appreciated.

Hello Elvira"
Right click the image in Microsoft Office Picture Manager. To do this you can right click the image and select "Open With" and
"Choose Program" then select Microsoft Office Picture Manager from the Recommended Program and click "OK"
Under the "Picture" menu select  "Compress" Choose Compress for "Documents" the estimated Compressed size will display below
Lick "OK"
If you find the file is still too large, under the "Picture" menu select "Resize" Select "Percentage of original width x height" and enter
the estimated size of the original size and Save your Image.
Hope this helps
