Hellooo there,
Just wondering if we have any views on the cheaper phone calls, plus broadband...I see virgin have advertised in sunday paper/ I am a bit wary at the moment as son tried engin and all seemed ok until he coldnt recieve phone calls, even though it appeared to be ringing at the other end of line.Tech sales people  in ubundance to sign you up, but hours and hours wait if you have a prob...I think it might be the way to go, but maybe they need to get their act together first!!!

I believe virgin is offering proper phone lines as opposed to voip like engin.
as virgin does not have their own equipment in the phone exchanges, it will still be plugged into a telsta device. (as far as i know.) so you shouldn't really have any troubles.

Well I have been in  touch with Virgin only to find that they dont service this area yet, try again in 3 months time........Oh well nothing ventured nothing gained...lol
