Outlook express 6

I am having a problem with OE6.
I try to send emails overseas then I get a message saying the message is undeliverable.
My relatives say they have been getting messages from me.
Is this my problem or a problem with Optusnet?

If you have been receiving emails through your server (Optisnet) then I would presume that your email account is set up in OE so the reason you are having difficulties is because Optus is having problems sending to you ..... It should sort itself out in a couple of days , if not before, but if you still have problems post back and we will give you a hand ....
