Open the email message then click on File (top right corner) and select Save As, then choose where to save to.

To save all your emails in Inbox
Create and appropriately name a new folder, open it and minimize it so it sits on your taskbar. Now open Inbox and select/highlight the emails you wish to save. Drag them over the new folder and hold there until the folder opens. Now drop them into the folder.
If you selected a great many numbers it will take a little while to have them appear but they will appear.
Good luck, nell-again.
