Is anyone else having problems with GMail?
When someone sends me a message which is a mix of text and pictures and I send them on to friends they only get the text and not the pictures.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Hello Bruno

the problem you have is not unique to Gmail. The same happens with Outlook Express. You must save the picture to your hard drive and then insert it into the email you send.

I think I did not explain this problem clearly.
I receive emails from various friends containing a mix of text and pictures (not as attachments)
I then want to forward them on. For example it might be a joke with sketches.
In the past when I forwarded them on from G Mail they would be received intact without gaps.
Now the recipients only get the text portion.  I hope I can find out how to fix this.
