hi all
  have made a ppt file with  power point,  but  I dont know how to convert it to a PPS , I have save it into a folder, then open with,, power point viewer 2003, no problem but I sent it to some  freinds and it  only comes up like the screen  shot below,  so I NEED to make it  into a pps file  before sending it,

In Powerpoint click File then Save as thefilename.pps
