Andrew, I had to re-join to get into the forum. Will my old name and address still be in the system or in the dust bin ?

Hi Dayko, Everything is clean and fresh. The old forums were SO old that there was no easy way to migrate them over. So we are here without the cobwebs, hopefully a little faster, and starting a clean slate! If you want your username changed back to the old helpdesk one just drop me a PM and let me know Enjoy! Andrew

Hi Andrew, Well when I went into this yesterday I was told there was nobody with that name in the list so I just registered again using the same name & password I was using in the old one, after getting the email accepting me, I was able to access this new one. Jim

Hi Everyone, I had heaps of trouble signing in, Tried last night and tonight, Ended up registering and still couldn't, had to change my username and password to get the activation email. Then amongst it all it kept telling me that the code was wrong. Now I'm also like Dayko. wanting to get my old name back on. I'd also like to know how I actually start a new topic. There's nothing on the top of each subject to say how to do it.

There's a new topic button at the top and bottom of each forum: [attachment deleted by admin]

I'm still waiting for some kind person and I also emailed Andrew to see if someone can give me a clue as to getting my old username which is vocal scrubber back. Don't know how anyone did it as I tried numerous times. My old password didn't have more than 8 letters so I had to change it. Please help!!!!!!!!

Thanks Andrew and Dayko, everything sorted out. I changed my password as it wasn't long enough. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing any slowness with the site. It takes ages to download. I have broadband and it's never been slow like this. Don't have probs. with anything since the new mega. How do I go about getting my old avatar back also. Looks a bit lonely without it. lol Once again thanks a million. Not sure who I emailed to Andrew, but I thought it was clicked on your name.

Hi Vocal, Glad your on deck now Not sure why I didn't get the emails, I have even checked spam filters... The site should definately be faster now, but due to your browsers needing to cache everything it might be slow(er) for the first few visits. Let me know how you go Andrew

Well let me say first off that you have made this new setup something to be proud of, and much appreciated by one and all.....Just like to mention I had probs getting re registered, eventually I came in with a diff email addy and bribiec as it wouldnt let me have bribiechas as prev....no worries, but not being clever at avatars, and mine has gone into cyberspace would some kind person let me have another one. I can't remember who but some kind person made one up for me last time..so here's hoping..lol nee bribiechas......

Andrew should be able to reinstate your original name if you prefer.
