When I click on a page on a website, a star symbol appears on the cursor with an exclamation mark and blocks access to the web page. Does anyone know what this is and how to remove it? Would really appreciate any help.

It sounds like your running the Google Toolbar with the popup blocker ... if you need to view that page just click the icon for it on your toolbar when your in that site and refresh the page and you should be able to view that page.
