When I do the scan for Spy-bot (not the update), about 3/4 the way through a warning comes up to tell me about a problem, then the scan continues after a minute or so, and when it,s finished I get told "Congratulations, no threats were found" But I also get told the following...
Problems in the include file C:\Program Files\Spybot-Search Destroy\Includes\Trogans.sbi
Then I get told.....See "includes error log" for details.     Where the hell do I find that.
This message comes up everytime I do the scan. Got me baffled, and a bit worried. On one hand I have a problem, then I get told no problem!!!!!! Can you offer any advice please.

This is part of a frantic email from my friend in New Zealand. I put spybot on her laptop when I was last in New Zealand and Im not sure how to help her with this problem she is having

Thanks    Helen

The error is because the old version of Spybot is installed, tell him to uninstall it from Add and Remove in the Control Panel then to install the new version here: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html
