hi all
 is it possable to save  YOU TUBES   music  videos, then burn to dvd  disc,,AND PLAY ON THE TV,,,, I see  you can joyne, but is there any money  to become a member,,

HI NEON

cant use  divX  converter,, it says the 15 day trial is ended,,,, I have never used it,,it want money,,, is there a easyer way, as I dont understand fire fox program,

i use download helper a firefox add on to save the files in flv then convert them with either any video converter free or or magic video converter which is a pay one but there are a lot of free ones out there regards colx

I use a program called MPEG Streamclip and the Firefox extension DownloadHelper work great.

neowizard im doing something wrong here i have downloaded kl quicktime alternative to go with it and have tryed drag and drop and open files i keep getting "file open error unsupported file type it is a youtube flv any clues   colx

Yeah sorry Cox looks like it supported on Mac but not Windows. I just tried it on my Windows PC and it didn't work either.

I went to http://keepvid.com/
and dragged their button onto my toolbar

Then downloaded and installed their movie player.

Anytime I am watching a youtube movie I then click on the Keepit button which takes me to the keepit site and I can download the movie there.

All movies are downloaded in their own way.
When it has finished downloading rename the movie to 'myname.flv'
