I hope no-one else is still having trouble with this.  I haven't been able to get in for the last 2 days.  So happy to finally be in!!  ISP is TPG so maybe they are still trying to sort themselves out.....

I've got in this morning - obviously - so looks like its evenings for me.  Interestingly I could not successfully download the update of Ccleaner either last night, after trying several times, so guess it is naughty TPG.

I got in this morning which isn't always the case ... but usually the pattern is access after 9am and out around 4pm nothing late after 11pm ?? and that varies but is more the regular pattern Huh?

Looks to be Exetel and TPG NSW ??

I'm actually a "Mexican" just south of the NSW Vic border but with the 02 postcode   Shocked.  At one stage the last 2 nights I did get into Mega, but when I tried to go to a discussion, it dropped out.  And I only got that far after numerous tries.  I'm wondering if how many people try to use their ISP at the same time is causing the problem like not enough connections in the exchanges, especially after TPG bought out Soul and if they're all trying to connect in the busy times.  Does that make sense?  I may not have excpressed that well......

I am still having trouble - every other day or so.  I am now using Firefox under Fedora 8 and there is no improvement.  Any news as to what may be happening and can it be fixed?

Hi All,

We again raised this with a team of software developers in the US - they monitored the servers for 24 hours and had no issues on any server in our cluster.

Unfortunately we cannot located any issues what so ever on our end, so unless something pops its head up, unfortunately we cannot really offer a timeframe or cause as we suspect its outside our control...

I can't beleive it.
Have been locked out for the past week, first time back.

I have been able to get in at work so really don't know what is happening.

I again had trouble getting in today for about an hour, guess it's the gremlins.

Unable to get in most mornings this week between 6.30 and 7am.  Have been able to get in most nights but when have signed out and tried to get in later it doesn't happen. It's almost like "access denied "
