I don't know what this "security suite corporation" your talking about but to me it sounds like you might need to check for spyware ...

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is considered to be the next step in the detection and removal of malware download / update and run the free version from here .

I don't think it is the flash player that is slowing down your clips ... it would relate more to the speed you get from your ISP or the bandwidth use the site is having when your accessing it.

Yes I think it is a good thing as I have a site that I need it for and have noticed since this site has been using it it streams video content smoother and uses less of my megs to download ...

I have somehow received security suite corporation, which is telling that my computer has been attacked.by a virus.
a message comes up dqlylqshdw.exe,plus other messages. also realtime spyware ptorection activate your anivirus software.
your computer is being attacked by internet virus attack 83.236.64.231  port 62422 port b643
threat win 32/nugel.e

I am running windows vista.   I have trend and have run scans and nothing has shown up.
I have tried to find it in add/remove programs but to no avail.
This is coming up all the time.

To use or NOT  to use.  That is the question.   I am using Windows 7 and although I've read a bit about Silverlight,  I don't really understand what it does.
Is it a good thing to install ?

been away for a while,, need a new flash player, as the old one  seem slow,, or the internet is slow, when watch utubes or short videos, seem to stop and needs to catch up

It's a slow day in a dusty little Australian town. The sun is beating down
and the streets are deserted. Times are tough, everybody is in debt, and
everybody lives on credit.
On this particular day a rich tourist from down south is driving through
town , stops at the local motel and lays a $100 bill on the desk saying
he wants to inspect the rooms upstairs in order to pick one to spend the
night.

He gives him keys to a few rooms and as soon as the man walks upstairs,
the owner grabs the $100 bill and runs next door to pay his debt to the
butcher.

The butcher takes the $100 and runs down the street to repay his debt to
the pig farmer.

The pig farmer takes the $100 and heads off to pay his bill at the
supplier of feed and fuel.

The guy at the Farmer's Co-op takes the $100 and runs to pay his drinks
bill at the local pub.
The publican slips the money along to the local prostitute drinking at
the bar , who has also been facing hard times and has had to offer him
"services" on credit.

The hooker rushes to the motel and pays off her room bill to the motel
owner with the $100 .

The motel proprietor then places the $100 back on the counter so the rich
traveller will not suspect anything.

At that moment the traveler comes down the stairs, picks up the $100
bill, states that the rooms are not satisfactory, pockets the money, and
leaves town.

No one produced anything. No one earned anything.

However, the whole town is now out of debt and looking to the future with
a lot more optimism.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how the Australian Government's
stimulus package works.
